For several hours each day, 4-year-old Maribel sifts through garbage at a dump in Guatemala City, looking for items that can be sold and earn her family enough money to survive another day. Now, however, Maribel is getting the chance to dream of a life outside the dumps. Every morning, Maribel, along with more than 100 children who live in the dumps and other impoverished areas, are picked up by a bus and arrive to school where they not only get an education, but also a free breakfast thanks to support from Operation Blessing.
